STB-CH Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (Formerly known as Essential Balance Sdn. Bhd.) ("STB-CH") was incorporated in Malaysia on 25th February 2004, with an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM100,000 and RM100 respectively. It is a 51 percent owned by Sitt Tatt Berhad and 49 percent owned by Chase Perdana Berhad. STB-CH is primarily involved in the provision of shared management support services to both its shareholders.
